The system

How a 40ft container works.

A single 40ft container is a closed-loop ecosystem: fish grow, their manure is extracted as a live-microbial fertilizer with NPK, and the water recirculates forever. The whole system runs on roughly the electricity of a household fridge.

The fish side

Closed-loop aquaculture.

The container is stocked with juvenile catfish or tilapia. They grow on organic-certified feed in IoT-monitored water — temperature, dissolved oxygen, ammonia, pH all logged continuously. Production scales as the fish biomass grows: ~400-500 L/day of manure at 100g fish, up to 1,500-2,000 L/day at 1 kg fish.

At 3 months, the first batch reaches harvest weight (~1 kg). You harvest 5 tonnes per batch — 4 batches per container, every 3 months — and the cycle continues, antibiotic, plastic, and mercury free year-round.

The fertilizer side

Live-microbial extraction with NPK.

The fish manure is extracted, processed (without sterilization or harsh chemistry), and bottled as Magic Power liquid fertilizer. The product contains live beneficial microbes alongside balanced macro nutrients — Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium — plus the enzymes your soil microbiome recognizes and absorbs.

Application is simple: 1 L of Magic Power per 1,000 L of irrigation water. Compatible with drip, fertigation, and broadcast systems.

Provenance

Where the technology comes from.

The closed-loop recirculating system was developed and refined by Hosha Holdings, who hold the proprietary IP. Hosha Vitality operates the technology under license. Rosso & Scanavino Family Farms is the farmer-facing brand that sells and supports containers directly to individual farms, anchor farmers, cooperatives, and hospitality groups.

Containers are licensed from Hosha Holdings and built directly in your country, on your farm. Operative in 3 months from contract signing to first harvest cycle.
