A member benefit that pays for itself.
The strongest cooperatives we work with deploy 10–100+ containers as a hub-and-spoke fertilizer-and-fish supply for their members. Members get fertilizer at internal cost. The co-op books margin on the fish side. Both sides win.
How co-op deployment works.
- 1. The cooperative (or a related SPV) acquires N containers under a lease-to-own structure.
- 2. Containers are placed at hub sites — co-op warehouses, large member farms, or shared agricultural land.
- 3. Members receive Magic Power fertilizer at internal cost — well below imported synthetic NPK prices.
- 4. The co-op sells the organic catfish into the regional hospitality, wholesale, and export channels.
- 5. Margin compounds — co-op books margin on both sides, members save on inputs, soil heals across the region.

A real fertilizer-supply business inside the co-op. Members compete with imports on price and beat them on soil health.

Talk to a deployment lead.
Cooperative deployments take 60–90 days from first conversation to first container shipping. Tell us your member count, member regions, and rough fertilizer-volume needs, and we’ll come back with a deployment plan within a week.
