From customer to supplier.
One container produces enough fertilizer at standard application rates to cover ~3,000 hectares. A 10-container anchor deployment covers roughly 30,000 hectares — enough for an anchor farm to comfortably supply its own land, contracted neighbors, regional distributors, and still have product left for export.
On the fish side, ten containers produce ~200 tonnes of premium organic catfish per year — enough to support a regional cold-chain and a wholesale distribution network on its own.

On the anchor farm or distributed across 2-3 hub sites within driving range.
Establish dealer network
Sub-distributors at 5-10 spoke locations. Branded packaging in Rosso livery.
Become the supply
Regional contracts, government supply agreements, export channel.
Anchor-farm slots are limited per country.
Phase 2 is moving into 10 countries — USA, India, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Brazil, and Mexico. We allocate anchor-farm partnerships once per region — exclusive territory rights are part of the deal.
