Yes. USD 50,000 down, then YEAR 1 FREE — no monthly payments at all. From year 2 onwards, USD 2,778/month for 9 years (= USD 300,000 spread over months 13–120). Plus USD 2/L fertilizer royalty (no fish royalty) and a 1-year hardware & operations warranty. Title transfers to you at month 120 — or buy out anytime by topping up your residual capital to USD 350,000. There's no balloon payment.

Both the buy and lease-to-own paths include a 1-year hardware & operations warranty covering tank, pump, filtration, and control-system defects. The lease path also includes a cancel-and-return guarantee if production doesn't meet specification — you can return the container in the first 12 months and we refund the down payment less actual production-attributable costs.
